I had a warrant for fraud that was filed 10 years ago, I never received anything on it and didn’t know i had it until 2005, because it involves stolen identity, It took place in KW and I was arrested in Broward Count, Fl. and want to get everything done hear since i live here now.
Can I transfer the case and how?

Once a case is set for trial, if you cannot get a fair jury in the county where the crime took place you can ask for a change of venue to another county. However, convenience to the defendant is grounds for moving a case from one county to another.

No.

You’ll be tried in the county where the offense occurred and was subsequently filed.

It has nothing to do with where you now reside.
